Afrigear Ltd. uses Royal Mail recorded delivery services for all UK orders and Airmail for all European/Worldwide orders. Afrigear will ship products within 7 days (although the average period of time is 2-3 working days) upon receipt of your order and payment confirmation and will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information regarding product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you placed an order, Afrigear will send you an email notifying you how soon the order can be shipped to you.
If you wish to cancel the order you may do so within 24 hours of the email notification. Afrigear Ltd. will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, this includes all shipping costs. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
If you return the product in its original condition because of faulty goods or incorrect orders, Afrigear will either; a) refund the total amount, including return shipping costs to you, or b) replace the faulty item or incorrect order at no extra cost. Please Note: Goods which are returned as faulty, but prove to be in good condition, will be liable for return postage costs.
